On-site con\u00adstruc\u00adtion can often be poor which may mean recon\u00adstruc\u00adtion result\u00ading in high&nbsp;costs.<\/p>\n<h3>The Way<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>HydroPass<\/strong> units are designed and sup\u00adplied with&nbsp;inter\u00adnal con\u00adtrols bespoke to the site requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>HydroPass Separating Unit<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>HydroPass sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00ading unit<\/strong> is a small com\u00adbined sew\u00ader over\u00adflow (CSO) and is installed with\u00adin the com\u00adbined sew\u00ader\u00adage sys\u00adtem. The design is in keep\u00ading with ATV A.128 e.g. by a local engi\u00adneer office. The <strong>HydroPass sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00ading unit<\/strong> is equipped with a <strong>HydroSlide flow reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtor<\/strong>, an emer\u00adgency weir, an over\u00adflow weir and a baf\u00adfle plate. Accord\u00ading to local require\u00adments it may be advis\u00adable to install a height adjustable over\u00adflow weir and\/ or a float\u00ading baf\u00adfle plate to per\u00admit fine adjust\u00adment on&nbsp;site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Round shaft dimensions<br>\n<\/strong>DN 1000, DN1500, DN 2000, DN&nbsp;2500<br>\nFur\u00adther dimen\u00adsions on enquiry. It is used in com\u00adbined sew\u00ader\u00adage sys\u00adtems and qual\u00adi\u00adfied sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00ading sys\u00adtems. The design of the cham\u00adber will be bespoke to the site and sub\u00adject to hydraulic require\u00adments. The <strong>HydroPass canal sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtor<\/strong> con\u00adsists of the <strong>HydroSlide flow reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtor<\/strong>, an over\u00adflow weir and a baf\u00adfle plate. If the accu\u00adra\u00adcy of the Pass For\u00adward Flow (PFF) plays a sub\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnate role, the <strong>HydroLim\u00aditer<\/strong> float-con\u00adtrolled slide is used. If the reten\u00adtion of float\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adals plays a sub\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnate role, the baf\u00adfle plate may be omit\u00adted from the design.<\/p>\n<p>Typ\u00adi\u00adcal areas of appli\u00adca\u00adtion for the <strong>HydroPass canal sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtor<\/strong> are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00ading instal\u00adla\u00adtions to improve
